I'm not a happy camper. I went in with a urinary tract infection. I produced a specimen. It was still in the exam room when I left. It appears that it never had a dip stick, microscopic exam and was not sent out for a culture. I still have infection what is next???
Incredible team and facility! As a previous EMT from the Midwest I've seen plenty of ER's and can affirm that you won't find better. From the moment that I stepped into the building and was quickly triaged (even by the front-desk security), to the medical teams cohesive handoff and teamwork.
