The staff was very thorough,attentive and professional.
Earlier this week, I brought my one-year-old son to the AdventHealth Ottawa Emergency Department because he was screaming, shaking, and inconsolable at nearly midnight and after hours of crying. I explained to the team that while I wasn’t certain of the cause, I was concerned it could be an ear infection, as his symptoms worsened when I tried to lay him down. Went on Sunday morning around 8am, was in and out quick. Staff was professional, and friendly. I am a out of state trucker and needed to go to the ER.
I had a great experience in the emergency room. Everyone very professional and helpful.
