My experience was very positive with the PA especially information and kind. The X-ray tech did a good job. All questions answered and good care and treatment given. Kudos to all. Sally Rogers
I have used this orthopedic Centra Care clinic several times, and every time they have been very courteous and were able to take care of me needs. I highly recommend them to anyone with an orthopedic problem.
Great care, no reservation walk-in patient and the was not incredibly long. Receptionist, x-ray tech and PA were all very nice and knowledgeable
From the efficient greeting and checking with Michely, to the quick X-rays by Vida, to the thorough Exam, diagnosis, and treatment plan by Ortho Jeff Price, we were pleased with this Walk-in Ortho experience. We always expect (and receive) kind, caring, thorough clinical and technical healthcare from AdventHealth and we were not at all disappointed. Rating a 4 vs 5 because my wait to be seen for a 10:20 appointment was much longer than expected (greater than 25 minutes) with no explanation or apology for the delay.
