I have to say my appointment ran seamingless. It did help I had X-rays already done not long ago. Check in was handled with care and professionalism, nurse was polite and caring enough to take the time to listen to my rant and the PA was very knowledgeable, confident and caring. So caring he asked numerous time if I had questions… I love that. Made me feel like he cared. Easy and Quickly for the customer convenience. I really appreciate that no line it's works easy by appointment. I can get online to many choices that work for me. Everything was clean and neat. The staff super attentive and responsible.
The front desk receptionist was very professional and friendly. The NA that was with her however was talking to someone who had called in with questions. She was on a headset and speaking so loudly it was difficult for me to hear the receptionist. The NA also got frustrated with the caller and threw her hands up and voiced her frustrations and opinions very loudly so everyone could hear even after the person had hung up on her(love me). Is great to hace an orthopedic urgent care, I wish could be open on weekends but I got an appointment and only I can say they were great and they got my knee checked. I will not hesitate to come back if I need it !
