It was a very easy and helpful visit things went fast and easy dr was friendly and informative overall I was helped and released fast thank you
Going to an ER is never pleasant. The staff at this ER did provide an efficient and considerate atmosphere. The nurse at my room was great and kept me informed about the process. I would recommend that he improve on inserting needles for IVs. Dr. Shaheen Shamji was excellent. She made me fill comfortable and explained everything. She checked and reviewed all of the tests. I appreciated all that she did.
editing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I didn’t go to the ER for a fun field trip. I went because I was severely dehydrated and throwing up non-stop. I was seen quickly and the staff was great. But that’s not the whole story. I was there under three hours. They gave me an IV and a Zofran and then billed my insurance $9,400, leaving me $2,200 out of pocket for a stomach bug.
