I had problems with my meds and was quite confused. I went to AdventHeath via emergency squad. In the emergency room I was not allowed to use the restroom. I askef repeatedly with no response. I apparently was expected to go in to the restroom in my clothes which I was not going to do. I always recieve an invoice quickly From Advent Health but the service I received was rude. Being a patient in the ER was very confusing,who was caring for me when my name was called, where or who was was calling my name. If I didn't hear my name over the noise or didn't respond quickly, it moved to the next person. The staff need to know what walking into their facility, being ill, feels like. Herding is how I felt. Volunteers would have been helpful, guiding me to each door I needed to enter. The care was good but the yelling a name could improve, in a waiting room so large.

I was very disappointed in your hospital! I was so sick that day and sat there for almost 9 hours before seeing a doctor. No one should have to sit there sick waiting for that length of time you need to do something to make changes there unfortunately, I don’t think I would ever come back. Gayle Faraday
