I had an excellent experience at this ER recently. The care I received was truly outstanding. Jessica, the lead nurse, along with nurses Alexis and Sarah, and tech Hayley, were all incredibly attentive and compassionate. Dr. Dixon provided thorough and thoughtful care, addressing all my symptoms and concerns. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well cared for. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Emergency Care I visited the AdventHealth Northdale ER on January 26, 2026 with flu-like symptoms, congestion, cough with mucus, and brief dizziness. At 83 years old and taking Clopidogrel daily, I was worried. The care I received here was outstanding. Dr. Zoe Kinkead, Nurse Leader Mike, and nurses Harley and Sqran treated me with professionalism, compassion, and respect. There was no wait here, the front desk was not super friendly but they were able to get me checked in quickly. Nurse Sarah was amazing, she was super sweet and attentive and truly cared for making me the most comfortable as possible.
We left the St. Joseph’s ER because of lack of care and came to this ER and felt immediately relieved. My husband was having chest pain and numbness on one side of his body. They immediately took us, they took his vitals, a chest Xray, and bloodwork, and a head CT scan. We got better care here than at the hospital.
If there was negative five stars, that’s what I would give this place. If you can go elsewhere , better rated , do so. They need a whole new medical team, not clowns. I took my son in for a persistent cough and “Doctor” Patel attended him. She had one of the worst attitude problems one could encounter when visiting a doctor. Mama bear was not the one with this lacking persons nonsense.
