I did not have to wait very long to be triaged by the triage nurse at the ER. All the ER staff were very kind and efficient. The wound care specialist cleaned my wound and covered it with sterile strips in lieu of stitches and sent me on my way. The experience couldn’t have been better.
I was very disappointed in the way things were handled when I brought my 6 month old daughter in for the 3rd time in 2 months. I felt like care for my daughter was rushed and brushed off. Also, I was not happy about being put in the same small area as 2 other people that were positive for the flu exposing my 6 month old to that as well rather than separating us from the extra germs. I had to ask for some type of medication for her eyes as they wernt going to prescribe anything and they kept telling me that there was nothing ... read more
