I had already been to the Drs office and was diagnosed with Covid and Flu type B. I was told that if symptoms got worse to go to the ER. I have never had Covid or flu,and didn't know what symptoms to look for.I also was having problems with my mouth hurting. I went to the ER and was seen and found out I had Thrush also,it was then that I not only received the medicine needed for thrush , I also left with printed information about what I had. I was listened to and cared for in a kind way,and for that I'm very thankful.
Almost one year ago(10/24/24) l left a wonderful review about my mother's emergency room experience BUT I'm sorry to say that her visit on Sunday of labor day weekend was far, far from that visit a year ago. She was treated with such disrespect by the ER nurse on this visit. I won't go into a lot of detail but she was pretty much told she shouldn't use the emergency room for something she could have gone to her primary care giver but they kept her about 4 hours to give her blood pressure iv and an mri before releasing her an... read more
