Dr Tong and his whole staff were very friendly and explained things thoroughly. Highly recommend this practice.

Make sure you arrive on time not 1 minute late cause they will reject you even if you have a clogged foley catheter arrive on time so you can wait 30 minutes to be called yea ok that makes sense.
I had such a wonderful experience at my appointment today. Everyone was extremely pleasant, courteous and attentive from front desk to check out. Ophelia and Carlos (NP and Med Asst) were both compassionate and thorough. I appreciated feeling listened to, having a dialogue about my treatment plan, and being talked to respectfully. Thank you so much for your wonderful staff!!!
Had a great experience with a vasectomy here. Dr Pilkington and Dr Tong were both very knowledgeable and caring when it came to explaining and performing the procedure. Nursing staff were great too!
