Glenna the rn and EMT Austin (I hope I remember his name correctly) really helped calm me down, when I was feeling veryyyy overwhelmed. Going to the ER is never ideal. I'm very thankful to the people there that could tell how freaked out I was, and reacted emphatically. I didn't get the very lovely front desk woman's name, but she was so nice and i really appreciated her.
Very attentive.. excellent care.!!
