The staff at this office is extremely disappointing and does not reflect AdventHealth’s stated core values. It’s concerning that healthcare professionals here are making critical decisions that directly impact patients’ health. I would advise finding a more dedicated and reliable specialist if you are serious about getting better. This review does not reflect the amazing care I received from Dr. Kann who is now unfortunately leaving the practice.
Went in to see the Rheumatologist. He was so patient and polite. Took the time to ask me the all the right questions. An excellent example of professionalism and a human being with a heart .
I just called and the soonest available appointment is in 13 months from now. Wow!
The schedule coordinator Keisha went way beyond the call of dutie to get me an apointment she took such care most people these days just don't take the time it was a process but she did it.And she kept me informed I would hire her to work in my company in a heart beat she is definitely a keeper
