I made an appointment for myself a few months ago. And I went to give them the paper that they needed they were very rude to me. And I am not going to tolerate it. And I tried the hematology and oncologist on the 3 floor. And they gave me the brush of. I am not going to tolerate this kind of behavior. Both places were even rude to my disabled daughter as well. This is something I will not appreciate. This place needs a lot of work on getting their staff to be more polite and and helpful to towards the patients
The hematomalogy and oncology on the 6 floor is terrible. They are rude, disrespectful, nasty , argumentive. I tried to make an appointment with them but that is when they weren't being very helpful and all. And that is something I'm not going to talerate. So I am going to someone else. Instead.
I would give them zero stars if I could. 3rd bad experience with them.
