I’ve been hospitalized three times for my asthma and the day before my appointment they called to cancel and bump me out another eight weeks. They are rude on the phone and in practice. I had an appointment scheduled today January 29, 2026 at 11:40am. I was running a little late for my appointment and called Dr. Sajja’s office to let them know that I was running a little late. I spoke to Ashley and she advised that as long as I was within 15 minutes from my scheduled appointment time the doctor would be able to see me. I arrived at 11:50am which was only 10 minutes late and within the 15 minutes that Ashley advised me. Can’t get an appointment with DR WONG at all and the PA cancels his appointments time after time. This is the fourth month trying to get an appointment that’s not canceled.
