Husband had Appointment on Saturday 12/27. Seen by Brittany Davidson, she was awesome. Very attentive, seemed concerned about symptoms given to her. Prescribed meds and they were ready for pickup on way home. Check in gal and MA both pleasant.
All personnel were professional and kind. First time there and have no complaints.
No issues. We've been in and out of this place numerous times for minor injuries and so on. Staff is knowledgeable and treated the injury and gave us the referral we needed. I wish they had more X-ray/MRI tech there, but it's understandable since they are just a smaller urgent care for minor emergencies.
Davidson is not nice at all! But Dr frantz is respectful and actually listens to you about your concerns. That’s why I only book with him and not her! Why is she still working there? I see all the other complaints on here.? Very sad!
