The staff all were very knowledgeable and polite. Registration when I got there quick and easy. I had a severe sore throat and the treating physician did exactly what i needed. Meds were sent to Walmart pharmacy picked them up on the way home. Great experience (except for being sick). They prefer appointments if possible. Total time there about an hour!
Davidson says a person should take antibiotics no more than two to three times in a lifetime. She said that a Zpak isn't ideal for a sinus infection. Well, I say it is, if she had given me two zpaks like i asked for the last time I was there a month ago with the same issues. I told her that one will not always be enough and sometimes I need to take two. She told me no and that I would need to come back if it came back. So I went back and she basically had an attitude. I have gone to this Urgent care many times. Just there Friday Dr Frantz was awesome the entire staff is awesome. Caring and honest. Can't thank them enough.
Total waste of time. I clearly stated when I made appointment, I needed to do physical and renew my medical card for my CDL. Once I got in the exam room, I'm told they don't do medical card renewals? What!!!!! That is no use for me and my medical is due by the end of the month and it's the 23rd. I had a feeling when I walked in that there was gonna be problems.
