Shockingly poor service from the back office. They cannot manage a simple Insurance plan update, provided over a month in advance of a scheduled visit. Have sent 5 messages with no resolution, and counting. If it was not for my stellar doctor, I would leave in a heartbeat. Do better Advent.
Tried to book an appointment for dr xaoi huang . Never received a call back. Worst experience. Do not go there to book your obgyn appointment. Doesn’t care about pregnant patients.
Dr. Nazneen Sheikh is truly the best OB-GYN. She was amazing throughout my first pregnancy, and now that I’m pregnant with my second baby, I knew without any doubt that I needed her again. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, caring, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. She makes you feel comfortable, supported, and confident during such an important time. I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor and would highly recommend her to any expecting mom.
If your lab says they close at 4:15 maybe you should close at 4:15. I get off work, have to travel 35 minutes plus pay tolls everytime I come here just for them to be closed early for absolutely no reason. Run me my gas and toll money ASAP. Would not come here if it wasn’t for my amazing provider being based out of this facility.
Love my OB here but the front desk staff are hard to deal with. Specifically LIZZ, his tone, over talking and lack of knowledge sucks. As front desk your literally setting the tone..maybe more training on how to speak to patients, you are getting paid after all.
