I’ve seen Dr Mallidi for about 8-9 years. He’s a great Dr but the office is horrible. I had issues with them several years ago but I’m officially done after today. I moved an hour away from the office and have been seeing Dr Mallidi for the past several years via virtual visits and today when I tried to schedule an apt they said I had to come into the office and can’t do a virtual. This place is the absolute worst. They do not care about your medical care. They care about adding billable appointments and unnecessary costs. What used to be a quality operation has undergone extremely negative changes over the past couple of years. On top of the poor patient care, is a disrespectful attitude exhibited by the staff. I will never again be a patient of this clinic and will make sure no one in my family will ever be again. Thank you for ruining what was previously a good relationship.
I’ve been going to this practice for the last 10 years. It used to be great. NOW, you have to wait FOREVER to talk to someone. The doctors take weeks to refill medications. NO COMMUNICATION! Even my own pharmacy has to get involved when they shouldn’t. They need to step up their game! So disappointed
