Most unorganized and unprofessional primary care facility. They don’t care about you here. The staff they have over there are completely useless and so is the manager. And I made sure I told that to them in their face. Hopefully, they learn to give the patient proper care and attention that they need instead of build barriers for them to get their pain medicine. I had an appointment at 10:45 am and I called the staff to let them know I was on my way, but I was bleeding heavily from my nose and had to drive carefully because the flow was so profuse. They told me I would have to reschedule. I explained that I had taken the day off work specifically to attend the appointment, and that my bleeding prevented me from driving any faster for fear of passing out. Do not go to this practice. Dr Walsh cant do anything correctly and is very indifferent. Does not maintain eye contact nor is he actually invested in you as a patient. I had a medical urgent issue and called the oncall Dr. He did not listen to me and actually started to raise his voice and started screaming at me. Their neglect is dangerous.
I had to go see Dr. Walsh because my regular doc was out of town and he was the one with the soonest appointment available. Very nice at first. I had to get some imaging done STAT (asap in medical terms). Because of work, I couldn't exactly leave in the middle of the workday?- i'd like to keep my job thank you. So I had to ask him to reorder it because I had been busy with work etc. and I had issues even getting into imaging places despite it being a stat order.
