The receptionist at the desk the young one and the old one! Are very good. I've never had a problem with them! And the physicians assistant is also very good! I've had blood taken three times so far I didn't even feel the pin prick! And no matter what job they do on you they do not make you feel uncomfortable! The physicians assistant listens to everything you say and takes care of it ASAP!
Dropped off labs and the older receptionist at the Paola location on 12/4/23 was rude and not very welcoming. She never smiled, and didn’t even look at me as she was addressing me. She needs to retire because she clearly doesn’t like her job. I’ll definitely be filing a complaint. When you walk in to a medical facility you should be greeted appropriately and be made to feel welcomed. Instead, she was dismissive. Id say she needs to be retrained in how to deal with customers.
