Love this location. Live in Olathe so can go surface streets or interstate (435). Covered parking available. Saw my cardiologist there. Staff right inside door knew right where to go to wait. Doctor and assistant had everything they needed at hand. Doctor listened to me, addressed my concerns and included me in decisions about my needs. Love this location and medical staff.
Dr was very helpful in getting me to the right ER .
My doctor of 30 years retired and I scheduled an appointment as a new patient so I could obtain prescription refills for medications I have taken for years. The nurse practitioner charged over $700 for the visit. I was later billed for a wellness visit which I did not and would never request. That was only part of an all around unpleasant experience. Contacting your doctor is very difficult. First used the web chat, which recommended a phone call. Made 1st phone call, talked with a person and explained symptoms, then the person put me on hold and the system hangs up on me. I call back immediately, go through the same multi-layer robo-answer sequence, talk to a different person, who recommends repeating my symptom description to a 3rd person's voice mail.
