Contacting your doctor is very difficult. First used the web chat, which recommended a phone call. Made 1st phone call, talked with a person and explained symptoms, then the person put me on hold and the system hangs up on me. I call back immediately, go through the same multi-layer robo-answer sequence, talk to a different person, who recommends repeating my symptom description to a 3rd person's voice mail. All the personal that I have encountered have been nice and caring. Recommend this place to family member. Get most of my labs done there and go to PT Solutions there for therapy.
We genuinely liked the staff at this office—they were nice the majority of the time we interacted with them. However, we had several issues that ultimately made our experience very disappointing. First, they rescheduled multiple appointments for my infant daughter, which caused her vaccination schedule to get off track. This was frustrating and concerning as a parent trying to ensure her health needs were met. Second, when my daughter developed a rash on her face, they prescribed an antibiotic.
