Yes they are very welcoming the nurses treat you good an be very aware an concern about your well-being never had a problem there very fast to call you in to get what ever that can to do treat you with respect
I can't give a zero, huh? Negative one..? I don't do hospitals, because I'm mentally 'too tough' for that. So, when I give in and go... because I'm in so much pain I might need to be checked out after an accident... The doctor says you look like you're walking fine. I promptly put my clothes back on and left.
We are new to this practice seeing H Baker. I am so disappointed in coming here. She never know why I'm in the office even after the pa takes all the information. She constantly talks over you and never hears your answers. I have called and called for 8 days now to get my prescription filled. After 6 days she sent it to Publix and it was the wrong dosage. Now for 2 days I have called to get it fixed and no one will return my calls. Don't waste your time.
Where do I start?! I have never had an experience like I had at this office! My appointment was at 6 I was not seen until 6:50. Not only was the nurse practitioner Herma Baker late in seeing me, she had to ask me who I was (mind you she has seen me before) she had no clue as to what was going on. It was a follow up appointment to go over lab work! Absolutely ridiculous!!
