Over charged from what I was told my bill would be by more than double. Modern day mob. There’s no customer service and the billing department is clueless.
Dr.Naber was amazing, I waited 30mins after calling ahead to get my TB test done, she was super gentle, answered all my questions and was just amazing. I look forward to seeing her for my results.
No complaints for Care at this office. Complaint is trying to make an appointment. Scheduler, Tiffany, had me on hold total of 15 min, used rude tone when I mentioned it was for a simple wellness check. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to make an appointment.
Dr Kattih is the best Gi Doctor. I have seen Dr. KATTIH FOR 10 YEARS. This man actually listens and fixes the problem quickly
Advent health was EXTREMELY rude so badly I cancelled my appointment and after she called me back and called me a liar, refused to let me speak to a supervisor and then when I did I’m sure nothing was done. Wish I could give 0 stars!! Worst service ever!!!!
