Been going here for 10 years + Absolutely frustrated. Had a medication appt end of October and was told I could just call for a refill. Called beginning of December and my Doctor was on vacation until after Christmas. After messaging and calling several times I finally found someone who helped me. But I only received a 2 week refill. I have now called 3 days in a row, left 3 messages with no refill and no call back. Horrbible service. Spoke to Christina at AdventHealth to try to relay a message to the doctor that i am in alot of pain and need a closer surgery date. She was very disrespectful and did not wanna relay any message to the doctor. She just kept repeating the date of when im supposed to have surgery. I said please ma'm can you please just ask the doctor if he can give me the surgery sooner as they gave me a date 2 weeks after my injury and other doctors said this surgery needs to be done asap.
