My original primary care physician ended up leaving about 2 years ago. I was in need of getting a Rx refilled that requires an in person check every third Rx (ADHD meds) understandable as it’s a controlled substance. I also have asthma and require an inhaler. I made an appointment, got a new primary, Dr. Shah. Wonderful doctor, kind, respectful, caring, etc… Fast forward to today, Dr. Shah is on maternity leave (wish her the best), I tried to get my inhaler refilled as mine is nearly empty. I love Dr Mauch and some of her staff! I am moving to Chicago and will miss Dr Mauch!! I had an unfortunate experience with staff. I’m a widow and have been informed ti get an HPV shot. I had one after rude snarky attitude from the nurses. I called back as I was moving to schedule another saying”you are too old” your insurance won’t pay even though it did for the other shot. HPV helps prevent cirvical cancer very disgusted with this practice!! Bye
