Horrbible service. Spoke to Christina at AdventHealth to try to relay a message to the doctor that i am in alot of pain and need a closer surgery date. She was very disrespectful and did not wanna relay any message to the doctor. She just kept repeating the date of when im supposed to have surgery. I said please ma'm can you please just ask the doctor if he can give me the surgery sooner as they gave me a date 2 weeks after my injury and other doctors said this surgery needs to be done asap. Unfortunately they have doctors listed to setup appointments, however they don't tell you they are not accepting new patients until 2 days before that appointment. I waited a month and took off work for nothing. If your not a patient already, don't bother trying to go here
Dr Rahhal is amazing. My favorite doctor ive ever had for a GP/PCP. That is all I can say about this facility. Every visit you wait almost 15-30 mins after your time to go into a room, where you will wait another 30-60 minutes. I had a visit where I waited in the back room for over 1 1/2 hours and had to leave due to an infant at home and an epileptic wife. I lovr Dr. Wilk, the MAs, the front desk staff! they are all amazing and very professional and help make the visit easy and comfortable.
Stay away from this place Narcissist overload. Staff so unprofessional and clerks not any better. During Cov19 did not contribute to community could care less about patients. Find a real doctor- puppets here stay away “only worried about Liability not Doctors. -And clerk that assist out of grade school. Find a real doctor.
