Very negative experience with admin and managing Staff. These folks don't treat clients with care, I don't recommend if you want to be treated with respect.
The staff is so unprofessional I decided to go to a different surgeon. It’s so discouraging when medical offices allow admin staff to disrespect and treat clients poorly. I would avoid this place if you want peace of mind with your procedure.
I read many good reviews re: the doctors in this group. I was trying to help my daughter to get an appointment for some reconstructive surgery that she needs due to some physical and associated mental health issues. Initially, I was told the earliest appointment would be April for a new patient - then they were able to get one for January. Unfortunately we had to change insurance with some employer changes and had trouble effectuating the provider's ability to verify insurance and get the referral to them and had to cancel h... read more
