If I could give zero stars I would. This place is not worth the time and frustration they put women through. They sent me an email stating the criteria that they would need for insurance to cover a reduction. After I completed it and met all their criteria such as mammogram within a year, referral, proof of impact, and several ways that I’ve tried to alleviate the pain without any success based on their criteria, they continued to make up new criteria. If I could give zero stars I would. They sent me an email stating the criteria that they would need for insurance to cover a breast reduction. After I completed it, they continued to make up new criteria. They were very vague on what I still needed. I’m starting to believe that they don’t care about women’s health or helping women.
