We had a 9:00 AM appointment and arrived at 8:45 AM. We completed all paperwork and were taken back around 9:05 AM. My 11-year-old daughter’s vitals were taken, and she was instructed to undress and given only a paper gown. She was left undressed in a cold exam room for approximately 20 minutes. The doctor only came in after I stepped out and stated clearly that the room was cold and my child was undressed. Dr. Li is very kind annd excellent with kids! She is fantastic. Unfortunately, she is the only provider at the office a they are closed on Fridays so it is impossible to get an appointment for your child if they are sick. We ended up switching back to our previous doctor, which is much farther away but at least they can help when we need it.
This office is excellent! My children love the nurses and they are always so personable and engaging. It seems to be very organized and well run. They have seen both Dr. Li and Rebecca Archer each a few times and they are very thorough and knowledgeable.
