U fortunately my experience with Dr.Sara are quite similar to the previous review. When voicing my concerns over my child her sole focus is to tell me about where my child falls on a height and weight spectrum and my child’s progression or lack there of. Mind you we’ve been going here since birth, not once have I seen her check his eyes his ears his nose nothing. Just a piece of paper and where my child measures compared to other children. My experience here has been horrible Dr Sara has been no help with my son after only 4 office visits the wait time and not having appointments available and having to take my son to the emergency room multiple times because his PCP can not see him for 2 to 3 weeks later while being sick is unacceptable. Waiting hours in a room before she comes in for 2 minutes doesn’t even acknowledge your concern doesn’t even explain proper recommendations on how to treat my sons condition is ridiculous I do not recommend this place at all.... read more

We’ve had multiple issues, but just now was the last straw. My daughter is sick and called for an appointment, right as they were opening. They cannot get her in until Wednesday and they recommended going to an urgent care. I’m pretty sure this defeats the purpose to have a primary doctor, if you can't get in when you are sick.
