Dr. Chong simply put no effort or attempt into testing, treatment, or care for my little grandson, who has been ill off and on for months now. I felt like our precious baby was just ignored and left without testing or treatment. I'm deeply displeased with Robert Hanul Chong, M.D. at this practice.
I brought my son in January due to a severe rash on his face. Our usual PCP was out of office so we were referred to Dr. Chong. In my past experience, the nurses and front desk staff usually provide awful service while the provider/doctor on staff is superb. This was the one and only office where the front desk staff and nurses were amazing. Dr. Chong was awful, probably one of the worst pediatricians we have ever seen. Horrible staff, and horrible nurse practitioner. They had scheduled us for an appointment that we had double confirmed the time, and when we get there they tell us our appointment was a completely different time. They make it seem like we messed up on our appointment, and tell us they can’t take us in until next week. Find yourself a private pediatrician. Feel bad for Dr. Chong since he’s the only professional in this place.
I have been driving my 3 year old here all the way from cocoa Beach, because they are truly amazing here. Sad I will be moving out of state and having to leave behind these amazing doctors who I trust so much!
