EDIT: I will say the scheduling has improved. I have continued with this practice since they are a specialty practice and the last several times have been much better. I have always felt the doctors are knowledgeable and good - it was just the scheduling that was an issue but this has improved. ********************************* This office is absolutely the worst when it comes to appointments. Had a great experience with Dr.Alam, and the officer staff is always so kind. Scheduling is very difficult and they have changes often but still feel confident with the care and compassion provided
Terrible service. No follow through. Our daughter has a fatal heart condition and the care has been horrifically terrifying. Do not take your child here.
This office is absolutely the worst when it comes to appointments. It is very difficult to schedule, they schedule you at the wrong office, they cancel appointments at the last minute. Communication is very poor...you wait days/weeks for follow up calls regarding testing that has been done. They don't respond to your messages sent through the portal. If I had another choice nearby for specialists like this I would certainly choose another office.
