Called to try and make an appointment, staff put me on hold numerous times trying to figure out how. Finally came back and said that she would give my info to the team and they would call me back. About a week later someone called me back and asked if I still needed their service. I said no, it took forever to get back to me and then I proceeded to ask if this was their normal process and she hung up on me.. not cool....

Reception is rude, surgeon barely communicates with patient and gives no advice for at home, sent my PT the completely wrong protocol for a random injury after not sending any protocol whatsoever, clearly doesn’t care about their patients or the human side of their job.

I showed up to my 10 am new patient appointment on time. But after waiting about 10 min, the front desk told me they needed to reschedule me for another day because my orthopedic surgeon was running late (no apology). Very surprising given that it was only 10 am. They said they booked too many new patient appointments, which caused him to run late. Pretty poor time management and unprofessional way to treat patients, especially new ones.
