Called to try and make an appointment, staff put me on hold numerous times trying to figure out how. Finally came back and said that she would give my info to the team and they would call me back. About a week later someone called me back and asked if I still needed their service. I said no, it took forever to get back to me and then I proceeded to ask if this was their normal process and she hung up on me.. not cool....

Reception is rude, surgeon barely communicates with patient and gives no advice for at home, sent my PT the completely wrong protocol for a random injury after not sending any protocol whatsoever, clearly doesn’t care about their patients or the human side of their job.

I showed up to my 10 am new patient appointment on time. But after waiting about 10 min, the front desk told me they needed to reschedule me for another day because my orthopedic surgeon was running late (no apology). Very surprising given that it was only 10 am. They said they booked too many new patient appointments, which caused him to run late. Pretty poor time management and unprofessional way to treat patients, especially new ones.

I had appt with Dr Sanchez and arrived at 10:05 as requested for my 10:20 appt. Their board showed all Dr were on time. At my appt time I looked and the board had been changed to show Dr Sanchez was delayed by 45 minutes and not one person mentioned this to me… I had another appt after his so I had to cancel. I refuse to schedule another appt with this group due to the lack of professionalism. Not impressed and would give 0 stars if I could.

I’m had my surgery scheduled for three months. Less than 18 hours before I am due to check in for my surgery Brandy leaves a message to let me know they didn’t get a pre authorization because she never submitted it according to her and have canceled my surgery. I spoke with Melissa on the 10th and was told that my pre auth was in the my file. I have take time off work, my spouse has taken time off work. No care from this staff at all!
