You guys need to address the nurses you have in the back & how they need to stay out of their patients conversations. I called my mom to check on her (they told me she’ll be done around 1-1:30) it was 1:40 when I called her just to get an update since I’m picking her up . Idk who thinks it’s ok to be heating up and eating salmon in an infusion center but every other one I’ve been to actively works to limit smells.
Alyssa was so wonderful. She treated me with such compassion and respect. She made me feel so loved and cared for. I felt safe and informed the entire time. She told me everything she was doing prior to doing it. She works so hard keeping her patients comfortable and well taken care of. The staff was so friendly and they all spoke and smiled as they walked be. This made me feel even better and comfortable. The nurses at the infusion center are so courteous, sweet and professional! All the staff there is amazing! They really made it so comfortable for my gf to get infusions when she was so anxious due to past issues! Beverly, Giselle, Alyssa were so nice and sweet
Always professional. They have made my mom’s chemo sessions pleasant. They provide lots of extra care, education and always go the extra mile to make her feel comfortable.
