Dr. Zakary is top notch. Very knowledgeable and never feel rushed. Answers and explains all questions.. But when you call in... and are promised a call back from staff... don't hold your breath. YOU WILL SUFFOCATE. If it is a time sensitive issue... you are better off driving 70 miles each way to talk to a person. If the question is if you are getting proper infusion, treatment or prescription... you will miss your drop dead date and havecto decide yourself.
