Everyone is sweet at the office but it is highly disorganized. They have a lot of provider turn over or they may be short on staff, I’m not sure. The appt dates are changed without a call. I usually just get an email saying my appt has been changed which a lot of times doesn’t work because I also work full time lol. The regular OB appts take 5 minutes but I’ll be waiting in the room for like an hour. I chose this because it was close to my house but probably wouldn’t go back.

I call to make an appointment as a new customer, i asked if they do hysterosalpingogram test the lady that answer had no idea and told me to hold on so she can ask and proceeds to hang up on me. No call back, so unprofessional anyways I’m glad I didn’t make my appointment in such unprofessional place. Letting rude, unprofessional ppl to treat your vagggggeeegge is crazy.

I went here for my prenatal care and experienced several shortcomings. They classified me as a high risk pregnancy without any real evidence. Forcing me to go to a maternity fetal medicine physician who was baffled at why they sent me there. My bills were always way too high. I think this department needs lots of reform and training to be a quality place to go to. Until then I would avoid. On the other hand, the labor and delivery team are wonderful.
