Dr. Amanda O’conell is amazing she is super sweet and took my concerns seriously and sent me the proper labs to be done.
Rude, disorganized, careless staff. None of my visits were recorded correctly. I would have a visit, and when I checked the visit summary in the app, it had completely incorrect data. Either mentioned things that we didnt even discuss, or erroneously documented what I had clearly reported in my visit. As for example, I clearly mentioned ‘fluid leakage’ as one of my symptoms in each visit, but all my visits record them as ‘patient denies fluid leakage’. Receptionist is super nasty and unfriendly :(
Love the ladies at the front desk they always treat me like family. And I’ve seen quite a few providers there as well and everyone is so warm and welcoming.
