ER told me to call and say it’s critical to be seen for possible tubal pregnancy. I’ve called for days and keep saying I’ll get a call back and nothing. When the same group’s ER says I need an OB immediately, you’d think I would get a call back.

The worst OBGYN you can find around. I have a feeling management doesn’t care or isn’t paying attention to how their department runs. I read these reviews and feel bad I didn’t check before signing with them , not surprised they’re at 2 stars. Every appointment they make you wait at least an hour, and when you bring it up, all they say is “do you want to change the provider?” They don’t care that you’re 8.5 months pregnant and it’s hard to wait that long. Everyone is sweet at the office but it is highly disorganized. They have a lot of provider turn over or they may be short on staff, I’m not sure. The appt dates are changed without a call. I usually just get an email saying my appt has been changed which a lot of times doesn’t work because I also work full time.

I usually just get an email saying my appt has been changed which a lot of times doesn’t work because I also work full time lol. The regular OB appts take 5 minutes but I’ll be waiting in the room for like an hour. I chose this because it was close to my house but probably wouldn’t go back.
