Was super skeptical as to why they would wait until I was past 10 weeks to do my first appointment when my last pregnancy I had less than a year ago was high risk…then read the reviews online and on Facebook. Cancelled immediately.

The worst OB-GYN office and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to transfer my prenatal care from AdventHealth Tampa to AdventHealth Wesley Chapel because it is much closer to where I live. They have supposedly been “reviewing” my medical records for months. Every time I call, I get the same response: “Give us another 1–2 weeks, and we’ll call you back with an update.” It has now been almost two months, and I still have not received a decision or even a meaningful update. I'm honestly surprised at the reviews I'm reading. This place came highly recommended via my mother who was seeking help for womens health and the only person that was able to FINALLY get answers for her was Dr. McEndree. I'm being seen for my first pregnancy and really appreciate the staff. I had a HORRIBLE experience at Womens Care with a miscarriage in tampa. ER told me to call and say it’s critical to be seen for possible tubal pregnancy. I’ve called for days and keep saying I’ll get a call back and nothing. When the same group’s ER says I need an OB immediately, you’d think I would get a call back.
