Believe the low reviews. Long wait. Staff lolligagging & not moving people through the office efficiently. Worst of all the providers refuse to see people with significant disabilities which is a violation of ADA laws. “We can not see her bc we do not have a hoyer lift”… ummm well I lift her. Still the answer was no. They were shocked they would have to do a straight cath for urine & refused as well. Time, energy & money wasted. No care, concern or compassion. I absolutely love my provider. MsPaula looked after me with my 1st born and she was so good, even after moving to Newport Richey, I still chose to travel the 1hr10mins just to see her for appts. She's a 10/10. However, ive been having a hard time trying to get someone to fill out my FMLA forms correctly or even to call me back. My short term disability was denied due to missing medical notes and paper work not matching what was said during Dr's visit and after speaking with ms.Julie, she said paperwork was fixed and sent to ... read more

1st visit. Office clean and staff was kind. Provider Edghill was understanding and passionate of my concerns. Being healthcare myself, I love to see more women and women of color in the field that is passionate.

Employees are mean and grouchy. I had to go to 30 minutes drive clinic instead of this one down the street for a better treatment.

My appointment was at 10:00 a.m., and I received a text message telling me to arrive at 9:45 a.m. It’s now been an hour and a half, and people who arrived after me are being seen immediately. This place has terrible customer service.
