Whoever the receptionist was today - was so unnecessarily rude & poorly educated. She said your office needed to know the LAST day of my last period and because I didn't know that date - she couldn't set up a date earlier than February 3rd of 2026. Called another office and of course they asked for the FIRST day of my last period, because that's the protocol & I was able to set my appointment up for this week, thank God! Educate your receptionist and you'll have more patients - she's running them off
Staff and Dr. Bravo are a mess. Wife is high risk, can't get in touch with provider in 4 days before her high risk appointment, no matter how many times she calls or messages on portal. Also, she was low on Iron after labs. You'd think they call and tell her, no she called to ask if everything went good couple days after no response. My high risk pregancy wifes iron was low... they dont care enough to tell you.
Absolutely impossible to make a new patient appointment or even get a phone call answered.
Giselle was such a blessing to me and my husband during our ultrasound appointment. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel comfortable, cared for, and genuinely excited about seeing our baby.
