My experience with Advent Health was so disappointing that I deeply regret ever setting foot there. I strongly recommend finding a place where doctors treat you with kindness, respect, and compassion. APRN Daniella Smith was rude, arrogant, cold, and rushed, showing no genuine care for me as a patient. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I am extremely satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend Shelly Welch Holmstrom, MD to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate gynecologist.
Had a great first experience with the staff. Very welcoming and felt like family.
Location staff is very rude, especially Christine the manager. She called me FIVE times while at work even when I asked her to call at a later time because I couldn’t speak. She then proceeds to tell me my appointment needed to be canceled because of “office location error.” This was the second time I had my appointment canceled. When I called to reschedule, she blamed the initial cancellation on me and was very rude and not accommodating whatsoever.
