The practitioners and staff are professional, but the customer service and scheduling is terrible. I couldn't get in for two months, and a week before my appointment, they cancelled my appointment after I rearranged my day, including postponing jury duty to attend. When I called, I could only speak to the scheduler and the next available appointment was two months out. I told her to forget it and am seeking a new OBGYN. Get it together, AdventHealth.
Disappointed for new reschedule because it's not working relay interpreter video, beginning was working, I'm waiting to call me inform its not working. I told staff I can talk without interpreter. Manager don't let me appt today. That sucks because take too long a month make a reschedule.
I visit today this office whit my Daughter. She is in wheelchair the access for building is terrible. No sings for handicap rams and the rams is on the flood zone is terible
Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever received. Their system seems to only work when you stay in the Advent Medical Group. The staff states they will only call you if there is a concern, should have been a huge red flag but figured no issues no problem. Well thanks to the MRI place I realized I should have definitely received a call 3 weeks ago!
