The receptionist was ok but the nurse who was going to see me for my Pap smear was so cold and unprofessional it made me very uncomfortable for a very personal and sensitive procedure that I decided to cancel the appointment right then and there. I reschedule for a different day but honestly I’m not going back. Hire staff that actually want to be there and are not just there for a paycheck.
I just had my first appointment at this location for my Pap smear, front desk she was very sweet. It’s very clean office and very quiet. Only issue was the lady who took me back to my room which I don’t know her name, but it’s probably because she did not introduce herself, she is the older blonde lady and I believe she was a medical assistant I want to say what she was because I also did not know her position. I like the place it’s very clean and quiet the stuff are very helpful.. I really like dr brandy medhurt , she very patient and helpful and listen to all my questions and she is very kind ❤️❤️
Whoever the receptionist was today - was so unnecessarily rude & poorly educated. She said your office needed to know the LAST day of my last period and because I didn't know that date - she couldn't set up a date earlier than February 3rd of 2026. Called another office and of course they asked for the FIRST day of my last period, because that's the protocol & I was able to set my appointment up for this week, thank God! Educate your receptionist and you'll have more patients - she's running them off
