I was completely shocked and saddened to see the low ratings for this office. Ashley the Nurse Practitioner is truly the type of provider that every patient deserves. She is thorough yet efficient, and listens to everything I say. I had some major barriers with work impacting my surgery and she worked with the doctor to get it all worked out. I truly cannot say enough good things about this office!
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at AdventHealth. While my actual appointment went well, the interaction I had afterward completely overshadowed the care I received and has solidified my decision to never use this company again. Every appointment I've had, they have started the appointment 30-60 minutes late. I take off work to be there and they literally have never seen me on time. The place is nice, but only go here if you don't have a job or, if you are okay with spending hours there past your start time.
Makes no sense I get a referral for an appointment with the orthopedic surgeon and I call and get told "we don't have anyone in the office that deals with large joints right now" then when I ask when they will the lady just repeats herself. Ridiculous!!!!! A rotator cuff injury is considered important in my book when I can't even use the darn shoulder.
Doctors waited multiple days and avoided multiple calls after the ultrasound results to notify us of the findings. Not only did they exclude the diagnosis of a miscarriage, they reached out over a single text message. They tried to shroud an uncomfortable conversation in complex terms and would not explain what it meant. They ignored multiple call back requests left with the front desk. As a patient, my wife was completely ignored, mislead, and left alone without any answers
