we missed the appointment they wouldn’t see us because we were 17 mins late and they said that they have a 15 mins grace period. My wife is 31 week pregnant and you’re telling be because of 2 mins the provider refused to see her AdventHealth you need to do better you such, another thing is the bathroom downstairs have coded locks so you’re telling me I can’t use a bathroom if I’m in rush I have to find someone and ask for a code next time I think we should take our business elsewhere.

This place is terrible. My insurance is a cost sharing plan and from the beginning they told me I could self pay, quoted me for self pay. First appt was fine. Go to my next at 16 weeks they tell me I have insurance that I can not self pay and it’s considered fraud if I don’t use my insurance which is false! I said fine use my insurance, they told me they dont take it but would not let me self pay! I have never heard of an office do this at all.
