It’s always a quick and smooth experience when I come in for my routine prenatal visits. Taalyiah at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful in addressing any questions and booking my appointments. I’ve seen a couple of providers there and I have to say not all of them give the same attention and time as others. I last saw Kori Music and loved her. She addressed all my questions and my visit didn’t seem rushed. Angelica and all the MA’s are also always great. Overall would recommend!
This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. Everyone was so nice and informative. My experience at my last OBGYN was very painful and traumatic so I was very nervous coming in to my appointment but, the women at this office made me feel so comfortable that I’m actually looking forward to seeing them again at my next visit whenever that may be. Thank you! <3
Was 10 minutes early for my appointment, front desk lady was extremely rude asking “why are people scheduling appointments 20 minutes after we just open” well first off some people work in the afternoon… and then another front desk clerk in the background said “I barely even clocked in yet”. You guys can keep your comments to yourself, this is supposed to be a place of healing no soon to be mother or fresh post partum mother wants to hear that they’re becoming a burden to your schedule. My first time here was terrible. I saw a male doctor who only spent about 5 seconds with me, which made me hesitant to come back. This was my second visit, and I’m really glad I gave it another chance. I had an appointment with the midwife, Leatrice, and she was a complete 10/10. She was very thorough, went over everything and more, and her energy was amazing. I even took notes so I wouldn’t forget anything. The front desk staff were also very sweet.
