I have been a patient over 15 years. I’ve had two children while being a patient. I’ve always had great experiences with the Winter Haven office but Davenport is HORRIBLE. Unprofessional and lack compassion and understanding for their patients. I will not recommend this office. I hate when I have to come to this office.
Doctor Marquez is great but everything else about the Davenport office is horrible. If you have an issue, don’t expect to get in within a week. They will make you wait a whole month. You call and speak to his clinical team and they tell you to make an appointment somewhere else. Not sure how any of this makes sense!
I recently had appointment here for routine bloodwork and I have to brag on the nurse I had named Finesse. She was beyond kind and compassionate to not only me as a patient, but to my husband who was with me as well. She listened to our questions regarding future pregnancy and We stopped what we were doing so she could say a beautiful prayer over my husband and I. I want to start off by saying I delivered a healthy baby girl thanks to Central Florida Healthcare. I originally came to this office. I actually had been researching for midwives and I came across Leatrice Emmy Gachette, CNM. Well my first appointment, they didn’t even document that I was an OB patient so I left empty handed.
