At first I thought I made the right decision by going here got me in quickly cause I was high risk my first appointment. But every other appointment afterwards have been terrible they test are behind not on schedule for when ur supposed to be tested for things. Extremely terrible experience at this clinic, no empathy, the reviews know what they’re talking about! I only like the Winter Haven & Lake Wales location, this one is a waste of time. Literally drove 45 mins to be turned away because the grace period is 15 minutes & got there @8:18 am, instead of being considered because I called & clearly was going to make it but the traffic got bad I was turned away & then they put I was a no show which isn’t true. I have been a patient over 15 years. I’ve had two children while being a patient. I’ve always had great experiences with the Winter Haven office but Davenport is HORRIBLE. Unprofessional and lack compassion and understanding for their patients. I will not recommend this office. I hate when I have to come to this office.
Doctor Marquez is great but everything else about the Davenport office is horrible. If you have an issue, don’t expect to get in within a week. They will make you wait a whole month. You call and speak to his clinical team and they tell you to make an appointment somewhere else. Not sure how any of this makes sense!
