I am extremely disappointed and frustrated the way this practice managed a new patient appointment process. The first thing is that I already had the referral and everything that the neurologist had provided me so that my son could see a neuropsychologist and they tell me that it can't be from the neurologist that everything has to be sent by the pediatrician.
