I would give this clinic a zero star if I could. They have no regard for patient care and they will reschedule your appointment 20 times and not inform you of any changes. They take forever to get back with you on anything. If you are an expecting mother DO NOT GO HERE FIND A BETTER CLINIC BECAUSE THIS ONE IS NOT IT. I will NEVER be coming back here again.

All the doctors are nice but some can be snippy and think they know it all even though. Ive had an on going issue and one of the doctors tried to tell me it will be fine. It was indeed not fine I came back in and still had the same issue because I know my body This place is an absolute joke trying to speak to the “clinical team “ not a receptionist I asked to speak to a manager 5 different times for this on going issue regarding my medicine. If I could leave zero stars I would, Alexandra Martin is hands down the worst OBGYN I’ve ever met. She has absolutely no bedside manner, as a brand new patient who has never met her before the first thing she says is “how can I help you”. While I’m explaining my situation she’s chewing her gum like a cow and saying “mhmm” not even addressing my concerns. I had an initial appointment at this office, and while the provider and front desk staff were professional, the medical assistant made a terrible error. A week after my visit, I unexpectedly received a $333 lab bill—despite not having completed any lab work to my knowledge. After multiple calls, the office claimed that my urinalysis was abnormal (something that was never mentioned during or after my appointment).
