The facilities were clean and orderly. The receptionist had to get my name and ID when I came in the door. Then I was sent upstairs to radiology, where the attendant took 20 minutes to check me in for my X-ray and spent a lot of time talking to other people talking on the phone. Let me start by saying I love Advent Health overall, but this location is probably the worst office I’ve ever dealt with. The actual Dr, Dr. Ralph has only been present to one of my 4 appointments. Today was an important one to go over a bunch of lab and diagnostics results and once again he’s a no-show. This time they didn’t even both to call me. Instead I drove an hour and a half (after just moving a couple of weeks ago) only to find out he once again wasn’t there. Upon arrival, they told me I could see the NP, which is fi... read more

This review is based on the group practice, not any one doctor. My physician was let go with no warning to me and I was assigned a new doctor in a different location without explanation. There was no consideration for patient choice or follow up on serious health conditions that my doctor was in the middle of treating. The group treats patients like cattle in a feed lot. Although they are listed as a nonprofit, it seems we are here to make a profit for them.
Dr. Nukala is extremely unprofessional and has terrible, condescending bedside manner. I was a new patient establishing care and he was so negligent that I left my visit in tears.
