Office staff is nice, but Advent Health has providers using AI as scribes. So the whole appointment feels scripted and impersonal. When seeing a provider for an annual you cannot stray from whatever their script is, or you will now be billed. The providers don’t seem to care about this, and again the conversation feels like you’re speaking to robots. If you want any sense of comfort or humanity, I would not recommend Advent.
WARNING!! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!! Worst care ever!!
Such a great experience. The nurse Pam was beyond everything I could of asked for. Her kind words and encouragement we’re definitely what I needed walking into the appointment. Dr. Rodriguez was exceptional himself. Very kind and understanding, felt like he took the time to listen to me. I hate going to the doctor but I’m very grateful to have found an office to accommodate my needs
They NEVER answer the phone and they are no help if you are not in the clinic in person I have been waiting OVER A MONTH for to have a PCP approval form signed for a referral appt . They just keep giving excuses as to why it hasn’t been done !!
