I will give the staff 5 star. Very nice people. The nurse that takes vitals is such a sweetheart. But to Vandy, the nurse practitioner, I will give a -100. She does not have what we call people skills. She gets in to the room like she is in a hurry or annoyed or she thinks she’s better than you. Does not ask Questions. Does not answer questions throughly. I came back for second consultation going over my abnormal papsmear and she did not even talk about it. If I could give negative stars I would. I arrived at 12:45PM for my 1PM appointment. Still hadn’t been seen by 2:20PM and had to leave to return to work at 2:30PM. No apology, no offer to reschedule me first thing the next day. Nothing - horrible service.
I was not happy with the nurse practitioner , she was very short and acted like she was in a hurry ! I have never given a bad review . Maybe next time I will ask for the doctor . I didn’t ask other concerns I had cause she was in such a hurry. So just very frustrated and upset .
