Terrible customer service. Due to unforeseen construction traffic and difficulty entering the parking lot because of a truck blocking the entrance, I was 11 minutes late for an appointment. When I provided my name at check in, I was informed that they canceled my appointment because I was more than 10 minutes late. So… took a day off of work and drove 30 minutes for nothing. The irony is that THEY rescheduled this appointment to today because the MD wanted to take a vacation at the time of my original appointment.
Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Frost is caring, efficient, and makes sure you get the care/support you need!
Took 4+ months to even get in, then they canceled my appointment when I arrived TWO MINUTES LATE and booked me 6 months out. I understand they're clearly swamped, but when you could only schedule at a very inconvenient time, don't punish your patients like that.
