Ugh, looking for new PCP - although probably just a waste of time with the world class joke "healthcare" here has become. My PCP can only see me 1x a year for my annual "physical", which is just labwork & 5 min "how ya feeling" chat for $500. Otherwise, my Dr is NEVER available. Silly me, didn't know I'm supposed to schedule my sick visits a year in advance. Pull the call recording that was wiiild
Terrible customer service. Due to unforeseen construction traffic and difficulty entering the parking lot because of a truck blocking the entrance, I was 11 minutes late for an appointment. When I provided my name at check in, I was informed that they canceled my appointment because I was more than 10 minutes late. So… took a day off of work and drove 30 minutes for nothing. The irony is that THEY rescheduled this appointment to today because the MD wanted to take a vacation at the time of my original appointment.
Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Frost is caring, efficient, and makes sure you get the care/support you need!
