Our Mom has been a patient of Dr. Laura Cruse for years and the new office location is bright & cheerful with easier parking. We appreciate how her nurse Thalia asked helpful questions and really had a great way of relating to our Mom. Reception was thoughtful and helpful too — thanks to Herna, Kenyatta, Melissa, & Ana for taking great care of our Mom! A star studded office! 🙏❤️🩺
Absolutely love, my doctor, Dr Amanda has literally made my life livable and she helped me bring my third child into the world with the horrible disease of lupus… However Ms Herna, the triage nurse however, is the opposite of everyone else on the staff it… She is very short with all the patients, has no problem, turning around and blaming the patient along with unprofessional such as arguing with the patient about technical histories out of their control and hanging up on them instead of transferring as she said she would… F... read more
Been having a hard time finding a rheumatologist that actually takes me seriously and act like they actually care about my possibly undiagnosed conditions! Haven’t been in office yet but the receptionist Lana gave me all the information I could possibly need to get my referral and doctors notes prior to my appointment scheduling and was very patient and helpful about my concerns and made my profile in advance so I have one less Thing to be stressed about! Awesome Staff!
Schedulingin the surgery might need to do More advanced classes as they rescheduled me three times in one day
My experience there was great due to a doctor named Ms.Shirley on the PICU she's great ! She made my stay comfortable and worth being there
