I showed up 6 minutes late to my appointment because I was working at a different Advent Health Facility and Hannah Lewis, DO refused to see me because I did not show up 15 minutes prior to my appointment and she had a meeting to attend. I was never informed by the PRCs that I needed to show up 15 minutes early or my appointment would be canceled. Brittany Burns was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Explain things well. I was just disappointed to hear that she’s no longer with the group. She listened to what my concerns were and offered solutions.

The check in staff and assistant that took my information were wonderful and helpful. However the physician assistant “Brittany” was a disrespectful, condescending robot repeating pharmaceutical propaganda, refusing to listen to me, gaslighting me about my own body. Over-explaining prescriptions and other basic items/processes to me, repeating questions as though it was an interrogation. Do not trust this woman with your intimate parts. Her expressionless gaze is scary and uncomfortable.
