The staff is very attentive and works to answer my questions in a timely manner. I feel like they genuinely care!
Routine and sick appointments have all been coordinated and ran on time. Staff is prompt and courteous. However, the referral department and "Supervisor"/"Manager" Tori (sic) lacks interpersonal skills and compassion. A referral was supposed to be coordinated through the "referral department". Long story short, a month after the referral request I was told that I could be given the number to the specialist needed to schedule my own appointment.
