If I could leave the stars blank I would have, but in order to give a review I had to give 1 star. I scheduled a colonoscopy back in September with this office, my procedure was to be today (11/18). I went in person so I could collect all of the paperwork needed. I was told the prescription for the medicine that needs to be taken the day before the procedure was sent to the pharmacy I gave them. Extremely poor services from their CMA Kelisha after just two calls with her I’ve decided take my care/services to Gastro Health. Cancelled my EDG with Dr. Hurairah simply because of the lack of respect from the office staff- not the quality of care I received. Health services should provide friendly, helpful and educational service without negative tone. The only reason for any stars more than 1 is because APRN Anne Jospeh was able to provide some good insight into my anxiety regarding the symptoms I’ve had. Thanks for you ... read more
I was not happy that Dr Inayat left and just washed his hands of his patients in Winter Garden. The Dr he handed me off to was rude.
