Got denied for an appointment that I was waiting on for five months because I was "2 minutes outside of the late window", I had 2:30 in my calendar and they said it was 2:20, I always double check with the person on the phone when Im setting up an appointment, I double checked with them before putting it in the calendar, I've also never had or scheduled an appointment at a weird time like 2:20 in any doctors appointment to begin with because most offices schedule in 30 minute intervals on the hour
